Informal resolution first

The arbitration will take place in or near East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, or by remote/virtual means where available. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class-action waiver
You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.
30-day right to opt out

Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Termination

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
Severability & Entire Agreement
