“I contacted Doggone Good Heating and Cooling and was able to get a same-day appointment. The technician called about 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. He went straight to work diagnosing the issue, which turned out to be a failed capacitor that had burnt the connectors. He kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know he needed to make a quick trip to a nearby Home Depot for the necessary wiring and connectors. He returned promptly, got everything connected and working, and then determined the system was low on freon. After topping it off, the AC started cooling right away. I really appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and great communication!”

“They are Doggone Good! Called on Sunday at 8:00 pm, and got an appointment the next day at 9:00 am. The technician, Tim, arrived on time. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He identified what he thought he needed to do to get my AC up and running, and provided me with the estimated costs. Tim ended up invoicing me for half the amount estimated because he was able to fix one part without replacing it. Tim also let me know about some optional services, which I declined. My AC kicked on well before noon. Such a relief to have a great new HVAC company in town. Could not give a stronger recommendation!”
